Has it been a while since you last dived and you want to get back in the water with safety and confidence?
The REFRESH Diver program is ideal for reviewing theory and basic skills before returning to the water.
If it’s been more than a year since your last dive—regardless of your certification—we strongly recommend doing the REFRESH.
Also recommended if you’re an Open Water Diver with fewer than 20 dives and haven’t dived in over 6 months.
You will be accompanied by an instructor at all times, in a safe and supervised environment inside the Montgrí Natural Park.

⚠️ Requirements to take the REFRESH
- Hold an Open Water Diver certification (SSI or equivalent)
- Desire to get back in the water and improve your confidence 🐬
- If it’s been more than 5 years since your last dive, you will need to complete a SCUBA SKILL UPDATE (contact us for more info)
