You will learn to detect, prevent, and respond to emergency situations, both on the surface and underwater.
This course will not only make you a better diver — it will prepare you to save lives.
And if you don’t yet have a recent first aid certification, you can take it together with the React Right course, SSI’s official program in first aid, CPR, AED, and oxygen provider training.
Both courses are taken together as a complete, practical, and essential training block.
🔧 What will you learn?
🤿 Stress & Rescue Diver – Prevention and rescue in the water
In this course, you’ll develop the skills to protect yourself and assist other divers in real-life stress or emergency scenarios. You will learn to:
- Recognize signs of stress in other divers
- Manage rescues in real-world scenarios
- Apply search patterns
- Work under pressure through drills and practical exercises
All in a safe, dynamic environment tailored to each student.
🧠 React Right – First Aid, CPR, AED, and Oxygen Provider
This theoretical and practical course trains you in the key skills needed to act quickly in emergencies:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Oxygen provider administration
- Scene evaluation and management of critical situations
No prior requirements, and with immediate application both in and out of the water.
