Do you want to continue training as a diver and explore different types of dives?
With the SSI Advanced Adventure Diver course, you’ll get an international certification that allows you to dive up to 30 meters deep and start defining what kind of diver you want to be.
This course includes 5 adventure dives, each one corresponding to the first dive of an official SSI specialty.
This way, you can try different experiences, decide which ones you enjoy most, and validate that dive when you choose to complete the full specialty later on!

At Diving Center La Sirena, we consider there are three core specialties every diver should go through:
- Perfect Buoyancy
- Underwater Navigation / Orientation
- Deep Diving
And you can choose from:
- Marine Life
- Nitrox Diving
- Night Diving (optional, with extra cost)
🎓 What will you learn?
Our team will guide you in a safe, relaxed, and personalized environment, always adapting to your pace. During the course:
- We explain the key concepts in a clear and dynamic way
- You’ll complete 5 open water dives, each with a different focus
- We help you develop specific skills so you can advance with confidence in the underwater world

⚠️ Requirements for this course
- Open Water Diver certification (SSI or equivalent)
- Desire to learn, explore, and enjoy diving from a new perspective 🌊
🧭 Adventure dive details
🌊 Perfect Buoyancy
We’ll work on body position, finning techniques, weight adjustments, and achieving neutral buoyancy. You’ll even swim through hoops to improve control and precision.
🧭 Underwater Navigation / Orientation
Learn how to use a compass and natural references to navigate. We’ll draw a map underwater… and then you will guide us!
🐟 Marine Life
Discover species in the Parc Natural del Montgrí. We’ll teach you how to spot and identify nudibranchs, gorgonians, fish, corals, and more. If you love nature, you’ll love this.
⚗️ Nitrox Diving
Get introduced to enriched air diving. Learn the benefits, limits, and best practices for safer and longer dives.
🌙 Night Diving (optional: +50 €)
An entirely different world. Marine life changes, colors fade, and surprises await you in the dark.
⛓️ Deep Diving
Go deeper (up to 30 meters) and learn how pressure, color, planning, and no-deco time change at depth.
🏝 Diving in the Medes Islands (optional: +50 €)
Add an extra dive after completing the course in one of the Mediterranean’s top dive sites — the perfect way to end your training on a high note.
