Recognizing stress and dealing with it as soon as possible is a crucial element in preventing diving accidents. The goal of the SSI Stress & Rescue Diver program is to provide the detailed knowledge, skills, and experience needed to quickly recognize and correct stress and emergency situations in different diving conditions and environments.
